Lead Time Requirement:We request at least a 24-hour lead time for all requests. Services will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
After-Hours Service:Additional charges may apply if services are requested outside of standard KLASSE CONCIERGE business hours.
Right to Refuse Service:KLASSE CONCIERGE reserves the right to refuse any business that is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for its employees.
Credit Card Policy:Credit cards held as security will only be charged if the client fails to provide an alternate method of payment upon completion of service.

1-hour minimum service time required. We bill in 20-minute increments after the first hour of service.
All purchases we make on behalf of the client, such as groceries, gifts, postage, flowers, etc. are the client’s responsibility and will be charged to the credit card on file.
We understand that you may need to reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide us with 24-hour notice to avoid a cancellation charge of $50.
