Terms and Conditions

  • Response Time:We will reply to all service requests within 24 hours.
  • Lead Time Requirement:We request at least a 24-hour lead time for all requests. Services will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • After-Hours Service:Additional charges may apply if services are requested outside of standard KLASSE CONCIERGE business hours.
  • Right to Refuse Service:KLASSE CONCIERGE reserves the right to refuse any business that is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for its employees.
  • Credit Card Policy:Credit cards held as security will only be charged if the client fails to provide an alternate method of payment upon completion of service.
  • Final Decision Authority:KLASSE CONCIERGE reserves
  • 1-hour minimum service time required. We bill in 20-minute increments after the first hour of service.
  • All purchases we make on behalf of the client, such as groceries, gifts, postage, flowers, etc. are the client’s responsibility and will be charged to the credit card on file.
  • We understand that you may need to reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide us with 24-hour notice to avoid a cancellation charge of $50.
